Reg­is­tra­tion will stay opened, it will pos­si­ble to reg­is­ter at the conference!

Reg­is­tra­tion fees

Thank to the Sudoe fund­ings, the all event will be FREE for all atten­ders, including:

• All con­fer­ences
• All work­shop material

There will be REG­IS­TRA­TION FEES* ONLY FOR :

• Lunches*
• Social event (gala diner)*

Hotel accom­mo­da­tions are not included in the registration*.

*(Except invited speak­ers and PEER partners)

Lunches and Gala diner detailed fees

Regard­ing organ­i­sa­tion issues, there is no “2 days lunch” fee; peo­ple attend­ing only 2 days have to choose the “3 days lunch” fees.
“3 days lunch” fees have been reduced to make the dif­fer­ence as small as pos­si­ble.
Reminder : Hotel Acco­mo­da­tion & trip are not included

Reg­is­tra­tion process

You will find the link to reg­is­tra­tion form at the end of the process descrip­tion. Please read it first, it won’t be long!

The reg­is­tra­tion fol­lows a 3 step process:

1. Fill out the pre-​registration form with per­sonal infor­ma­tion (no pay­ment at this point)

- For Cema­gref par­tic­i­pant only :
You will find a Cema­gref check box at the begin­ing of the reg­is­tra­tion process
Please, don’t for­get to check it off! It is impor­tant for later fees pay­ment by inter­nal trans­fer in HT.

2. You will receive a con­fir­ma­tion email; please do not worry if it takes a few days, the val­i­da­tion has to be done manually

3. Upon recep­tion of the con­fir­ma­tion email, fol­low link given in the mes­sage to com­plete your reg­is­tra­tion and thus payment

- In the field “tar­i­fi­ca­tion” you must choose your type of reg­is­tra­tion fee :

(1) Ecotech Sudoe speak­ers : lunches and gala are free, hotel and trip are at your own charge
(2) PEER speak­ers : lunches and gala and hotel are free, trip are at your own charge
(3) Invited speak­ers : you are fully invited
’Speak­ers’ means ‘speech Speak­ers’. So flash pre­sen­ta­tion authors are not con­sid­ered as speaker and have to choose one the four first categories.

- For all par­tic­i­pant :
You will find two Gala din­ner check box :
Please, check off ‘50’,
EXCEPT IF you are Ecotech Sudoe, PEER and invited speak­ers, check off ‘0’!

- Fees may be paid BY CREDIT CARD ONLY.

Can­cel­la­tion conditions

All can­cel­la­tions if nec­es­sary must be made BEFORE NOVEM­BER 15^th.
Reg­is­tra­tion fees will not be reim­bursed fol­low­ing this date.
