Call for papers

Two types of pre­sen­ta­tions are planned, based on the author’s choice AND the review­ing of a one-​page abstract

Poster pre­sen­ta­tion Flash com­mu­ni­ca­tion
Descrip­tion A poster, which will be exposed dur­ing all the con­fer­ence. Spe­cial ses­sions will allow you to present this poster.
The posters will be pre­sented in a por­trait ori­en­ta­tion and should have the fol­low­ing dimen­sions: 80 cm x 120 cm		 Based on your accepted poster pre­sen­ta­tion, you will be invited to present your work dur­ing the ple­nary ses­sion, in a short time (5 min­utes, 5 slides) with­out any ques­tion from the attend­ing persons
Sub­mis­sion process - Send your abstract :
The abstract must be one page long in Arial font, size 11. It may include fig­ures or graph­ics. It must include a brief resume of 40 words max­i­mum about the nov­elty, as well as the names and affil­i­a­tions of the authors.
It is rec­om­mended to fol­low this frame:
Title – nov­elty — con­text — scope — mate­r­ial and meth­ods — result and dis­cus­sion– con­clu­sion.

- If your sub­mis­sion is accepted, you will be invited to prepare :

Sub­mis­sion : dead­line for send­ing abstract 20th of october 29th of august, 2011
Accep­tance date 2nd of november 23rd of sep­tem­ber, 2011
Award A cam­era for 2 best posters -

*How­ever, the Sci­en­tific Com­mit­tee offered some flash pre­sen­ters of out­stand­ing papers to give a “cho­sen pre­sen­ta­tion”, i.e. to present dur­ing 20 min a full paper in ple­nary sessions.

Description A poster, which will be exposed during all the conference. Special sessions will allow you to present this poster.
The posters will be presented in a portrait orientation and should have the following dimensions: 80 cm x 120 cm		 Based on your accepted poster presentation, you will be invited to present your work during the plenary session, in a short time (5 minutes, 5 slides) without any question from the attending persons
Submission process - Send your abstract :
The abstract must be one page long in Arial font, size 11. It may include figures or graphics. It must include a brief resume of 40 words maximum about the novelty, as well as the names and affiliations of the authors.
It is recommended to follow this frame:
Title – novelty – context – scope – material and methods – result and discussion- conclusion.

*However, the Scientific Committee offered some flash presenters of outstanding papers to give a “chosen presentation”, i.e.  to present during 20 min a full paper in plenary sessions.
